Our confidentiality promise

Our walk-in clinics are known for their emphasis on confidentiality:

We do not require your real name or your GP’s details. We will only need to contact your GP in exceptional circumstances.

We will never share your test results with a third party unless you make a request in writing

You can assign a password to your conversations with us

We will never confirm to a third party that you have attended our clinic

You can have your results sent to you by email, post or collect in person. Alternatively, just on the telephone at a time that suits you
